1. What WeAnime is

WeAnime is a catalog and discovery service for anime. We organize publicly available information — titles, synopses, artwork links, episode listings — and link out to third-party embeds for playback. We do not host, upload, store, or transmit any video files.

All video playback happens inside embeds served by third-party hosts we do not own or control. Those hosts are solely responsible for the content they serve.

2. Content ownership

Anime series, films, artwork, and metadata referenced on this site belong to their respective rights holders (studios, publishers, distributors, and data providers such as AniList). Nothing on this page grants any licence to that content.

If you believe content is being made available in a way that infringes your rights, see our DMCA page — we remove links promptly on a valid notice.

3. Accounts

You may browse without an account. Registering lets us store your watch progress, lists, and preferences.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have a guardian's permission to use the site.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or flood the service, probe or attack it, attempt to rehost or proxy our embeds through our domain, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit, suspend sessions, or delete accounts that abuse the service.

5. Third-party embeds — no warranty

Because playback depends entirely on third parties, we cannot promise that any particular title, episode, server, or link will work, remain available, or be safe from the host's own advertising or scripts. Everything here is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeAnime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything arising from third-party embeds you visit through our links. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (zero) or the minimum required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, including for suspected abuse or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the site operator's jurisdiction, as determined by the site operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
